"This is a very difficult review to write because the worst day of my life happened here. However, I really need to comment on the staff. It’s quite clear that they are not just professionals, but very kind people. I was treated with the upmost respect, empathy, kindness. Obviously, this isn’t a fantastic review or even particularly helpful and may not be approved but, I really think the staff deserve the recognition. And sometimes it’s just nice to know that you are staying somewhere with...

"It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street."

"The reception staff at check in and departure were fantastic. The young lady who looked after our check out was able to offer us a discount after I listed off the issues with the room.
1. No skirt around the bed base
2. TV did not operate properly it would switch off after a few minutes. Apparently a known issue.
3. Room was not serviced even though extra towels and pillows were delivered. Apparently you need to put out a swing tag to have the room serviced.
4. The pillows initially supplied...
