"We had an excellent experience here. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. "When we first arrived i was happy with how quiet it was and that it appeared clean. Several hours later my entire positive outlook changed and it went from bad to worse.
First of all, our door was broken causing the key to work off and on and i didnt feel safe.We reported it to the desk immediately and 7 or 8 times over our 3 day stay. It was never fixed.
Next, the hot tub was out of order. The hot tub was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. We inquired whether it would be fixed but...

"All staff was friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Property clean on outside and inside. Nice to have continental breakfast area. Room had off smell when entering. It got slightly better. Do not like deodorizer used in room. The bathroom was an ADA and water wanted to run from shower to main bathroom floor. Would recommend as a place to stay."
