"Great communication from the hotel when my flight was delayed & I couldn't arrive until after midnight. Keys & entry instructions were left & it was no hassle at all to enter & find our room. Cleanliness was excellent, if I had to try & ind a minor fault then there were a couple of small stains on the carpet where it was slightly worn, but that's being really picky! Breakfast as all the reviews have said was excellent. Will definitely stay again."

"Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique."

"I would never stay at that hotel. The room smelled like sewage. We brought it up to staff and they said that all of the rooms smelled like that.... at one point we were the only ones at the hotel, and now I understand the reason. The staff were very nice, but sleeping with the smell of sewage was a very unpleasant experience. Do not stay at this place."
