"Relaxing stay. Room is spacious and beautiful. Staffs are very kind, helpful and friendly. Lyana and her team tried her best to provide the best service to us. They listen and take feedback positively and respond promptly. They deserve very high praise for that. "

"Loved the location. Breakfast was worth it and staff were all amazing. Only feedback is that the lift takes so long. Other than that, highly recommended."

Just that there are 2 things that the hotel can try to improve. 1) The room was filled with damp smell so that we need to get a fragrance spray from the receptionist to remove the smell. 2) The carpark lots were insufficient. According to the website, it stated there are enough car park lots but when we reached there, the 4 carparks were occupied. Ended up we need to do double parking."
