"We enjoyed our recent stay here. It is extremely clean, quiet and the rooms are nice and well equipped for extended stays. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice to have every morning and the gym equipment was very clean and well maintained. The only drawbacks were the bed and pillows were not that comfortable and they charge $10 a day for parking. However, we would definitely stay here again when we return to Richmond."

"When I initially arrived to check in, the staff were I kind tell flustered because they were busy. I felt a lot of passive aggressiveness. I also saw that we had old booger stains all over our shower. I called the front desk to ask if housekeeping can come clean it tomorrow. They never showed up. Overall, it was an okay stay. I’m not sure if I would stay here again."
