"Roaches everywhere. Genuinely shocked by the amount of roaches. 1 roach is 1 too many but seeing families of mixed colored roaches running g around outside and inside property. Running towards my feet and bag WHILE CHECKING IN.. And the man at front desk checking me asking me “what’s the big deal??” Also I ordered a smoking room. Why advertise smoking rooms if none available. Don’t go here. They’re cheaper options nearby that are cleaner."

"Thanks for the early check in, 1:30 instead of 4 pm. The room was spacious, clean. View was ok, we did see the bay but lots of freeway too. The refrigerator compressor was really noisy, we had to unplug it because it woke us during the night. I was surprised at the cost for a bottle of water in the room$9. It was Evian brand but still seemed a bit pricey. Over all for the price, I would recommend this hotel."

"Got to the property early to check in, no rooms were available. Left bags with front desk. Attempted to check in again 15 minutes prior to normal check in time as we had an event to attend. There were still no rooms available. James the front desk employee was unapologetic and did not seem to care that we were being inconvenienced. James said rooms would not be available until past check in time due to full occupancy the night prior. We initially planned getting an uber to our event but because we were unable to check into our room we ended up having to take back our bags and drive to the event. This caused us to have to get ready at the event site. Upon our return to the hotel there was only one working valet and traffic was backed up onto North Main Street. Although the valet gentleman was pleasant and apologetic it was absolute chaos. In addition to this our room was not held even though we made multiple attempts to check in. Therefore, we were placed in what was said to be “the last ‘king’ room available.” This room was not only the smallest and most awkwardly decorated room, the bed size was a queen! Further attempts to get a king room were met with inexcusable justifications from the night crew. In addition to the inhospitable customer service and terrible room, the hotel bar and restaurant were closed! During weekends, there is absolutely no excuse to have your bar/restaurant closed for a majority of the day. All in all, 0/10. Improvements need to be made."

"We had to move to 3 separate rooms. The first room fridge didnt work. Second room AC failed to work the plug was burned out. 3rd and final room test didnt work. The internet at the Hotel was slower than dialup. I was unable to get necessary work done because of the slow internet. Id stay away from this property."
