"Great location close to Trastevere as only took 15-20min to walk to great restaurants and bars. Would stay in this area again. Nice quiet property and we were welcomed by two lovely ladies who even walked us to our room. Hotel was helpful in arranging transportation to and from the hotel. Think we got the last room which I believe was the wheelchair accessible room. Was clean but nothing fancy for sure. Booked for proximity and the free breakfast but we seem to be an inconvenience to all...

"This property is located in the heart of Trastevere. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was sufficient. Just note that this is not a typical hotel but an apartment and so the front desk is only available at certain times of the day. Any assistance beyond that hours is promptly addressed via WhatsApp."

Apparently, the front desk is only open from 8am–4pm, which is completely unreasonable for a hotel and, more importantly, not clearly stated anywhere in the booking description. "The hotel is well situated to explore Rome. The staff are very helpful, friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was tasty with very good options. I am a tea drinker but you just can’t beat Italian coffee! Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed had a few soft spots but overall, we had an excellent stay and I highly recommend. "
