"The room is clean, bed is comfortable, front desk staff are nice. However, I am somewhat disappointed with the housekeeping and her supervisor. Around 9:00 AM, I asked the front desk if we could check out at 12:00 PM (the hotel’s standard checkout time is 11:00 AM), and they said that would be fine. However, at 11:00 AM, someone knocked on our door and opened it. I said "hello," and she simply closed the door again—without identifying herself or offering any apology. I overheard her say to...

"Loved the vast space the room provided. My kitchenette was well equipped, the toilet showers were heavenly and the privacy afforded by the individual rooms was so very welcomed. Plus, location is just off Clifton Hill, which is extremely convenient for tourists. Will definitely repeat the experience. "

"Walking distance to Clifton Hill. Safe area. I trusted our teens to be able to walk to and from the hotel. Close to many food options , including McDonald’s as my son’s autistic and only eats their food for lunch/dinner. Starbucks right out front. This is the first hotel my key cards kept de-magnetizing though.. had to constantly go down to front desk to have it fixed. Our first night the fire alarm went off at midnight blaring. Second day, our toilet clogged and maintenance came immediately....

"The room was nicely decorated. Newly finished beautiful wall tile work in the bathroom but during the night I killed a cockroach about an inch long in there. The room we stayed in also had a squished Dried out bug stuck to the matt part of a framed picture on the wall above the desk. Heater worked good. Bed was just ok but loved all the nice soft pillows on the bed. Considering Clifton hill I was glad no bed bugs. I would stay there again with a tight budget. They are close to attractions."
