"Check in was smooth and fun! Monica (stafff member) was so much fun and made it one to remember thats for sure! Matthew and Jasmine (staff members) were very attentive when we needed anything. Prantham (AGM) went above and beyond to help with an issue we had during our stay and got it resolved in a timely manner. Staff was very friendly no problems! Our overall stay was AMAZING! I highly recommend staying at this hotel. "

"We stayed here to attend a Rangers game. The hotel is close to the ballpark and offers a shuttle to/from for a $8 fee. The customer service was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved that it’s pet friendly. "
