End of March in Bük

Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed.

Be- és kijelentkezéskor nagyon rugalmatlanok voltak.A "golfos kedvezmény" alacsonyabb volt, mint amit a Hotels.com-on kaptam. A szobák szépek és tágasak. A klímát nem sikerült kikapcsolni, pedig egy szerelő is feljött. A szobánkban nem hűtött a hűtőszekrény, ami a kinti 35 fok miatt, nagyon hiányzott. Az étteremben az előételeknél nincs kiírva, mi is az. Az ételallergiásoknak ez nagyon megnehezíti a dolgát. És nem is gondolnak rájuk mentes ételekkel. A medencéknél , ha kint rosszabb az idő, nincs elég napágy. Viszont a fenti rész fizetős lett.A medencék és környéke nagyon kellemes, szép tiszta minden. A kávézóban a személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Összeségében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

Der Aufenthalt war ein Geburtstagsgeschenk in einem Top-Hotel. Doch wir wurden von der Kundenfreundlichkeit enttäuscht. Und das für einen hohen Preis. Wir kamen früher im Hotel an, das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig und man konnte auch den Wellnessbereich noch nicht nutzen. Man hätte extra aufzahlen müssen. Eine Frechheit für den hohen Preis. Beim Check out gabs das gleiche Problem. Auch da musste man den Wellnessbereich sofort verlassen. Abzocke :-( Nie wieder :-(

Schönes sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Mit gutem Essen und ausreichender Poolandschaft. Derzeit gibt es im Außenbereich eine Baustelle, daher kann dieser Bereich nicht benutzt werden.

Der erste Eindruck im Hotel war wunderschön. Freundliches Personal sehr schöne Lobby ausgezeichnetes Essen an der Bar. Aber dann, es gibt keine Stiegen im ganzen Hotel, wie ist das bei einem Liftausfall (es gibt 2 für dieses große Hotel) oder BRAND? Das Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, aber es fehlen Kleiderhacken für Mäntel (eventuell nass) die Garderobe ist extrem klein und es gibt keinen Handtuchtrockner um z.B. Badeanzüge zu trocknen. Der Golfplatz ist wunderschön aber natürlich kann man dort nicht spazieren gehen. Rundherum nur eingezäunte Wiesen, Baustellen und Öde. Keine Möglichkeit etwas einzukaufen das Zentrum ohne Worte. Der Spabereich ist wirklich grossartig, viele verschiedene Becken, viele verschiedene Saunas, 2 Dampfbäder und sogar Salzsauna. Viele Duschen und sogar eine tropische Regensauna. Das Essen war gut, manche Speisen hervorragend, leider nie heiss. Die Limonade wunderschön und sehr gut.

Drei Tage Golf

Der Spa befand sich in Renovierung arbeiten ,alles war zu,das stand nicht auf beschreibung. AI war sehr wenig Auswahl vor allem beim Getränke.. Ab 18 uhr muss mann alles von der lobby holen, unten beim baden oder draußen gibt's nur wasser zum trinken. Massagen gab auch die Hälfte nicht von der Liste. Wenn die Renovierung abgeschlossen sind und die Preise so bleiben, würden wir wieder kommen wegen golfen. Maria und Josef aus Traun

V zážitkovom bazéne často nefungujú Whirpooly a plavčíci to riešia až keď ich niekto upozorní. Taktiež by si mali plavčíci všímať, že cca 50% návštevníkov sa pred vchodom do bazéna neosprchuje, hoci je to všade napísané ako upozornenie. Bolo by treba dôraznejšie upozornenie, väčšie písmená, aby si to všimli. Kladne oceňujem, že pri východe z bazénov je zmýkačka na plavky.

Außenpoolbecken unbeheizt. Schlapfen nicht vorhanden. Balkon öfter reinigen. Saunalandschaft könnte angenehmer gestaltet werden (wärmer, entspannte Atmosphäre). Essen war super, vor allem die Dessertbuffet! Personal stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Partner Thai-Massage war recht gut - auch hier Atmosphäre von Therapiezentrum hätte angenehmer eingerichtet werden können (verdunkelt, Gerüche, angenehm leuchtende Lampen, etc.). Alles in allem war es ein sehr netter Kurzurlaub - wir haben es sehr genossen. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat super gepasst!! Danke!

Schönes Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr nah der Therme Bük, hat aber einen eigenen Wellnessbereich mit großem Sportbecken (ca. 28 Grad), zwei kleinen Thermalbecken (ca. 36 Grad), einem Außenbecken (allerdings war die Temp. ca. 28 Grad und somit im Winter zu kalt zum Draußensein) und einem großen Becken (ca. 33 Grad) für verschiedene Massageanwendungen. ACHTUNG: unsere Badegewänder wurden ziemlich beige eingefärbt aufgrund der Schwebestoffe, die im Thermalwasser sind. Die Farbe geht kaum beim Waschen raus, auch nicht mit Waschpulver. Also ist man gut bedient, nicht grade die Lieblingsbadekleidung in den beiden (runden) Thermalbecken zu tragen... Das Essen war wirklich gut, mit viel regionaler Kost, und sehr abwechslungsreich. für Kinder war auch immer was dabei! Der Wellnessbereich umfasst einige Saunen, ua. auch mit Badebekleidung nutzbar, Dampfbad, Kräuterraum, und es gibt hier auch eine Bar (Trinkstation mit AI-Getränken oder extra zahlbar) Hier hätten wir uns als All-in-Gäste auch einen kleinen Imbissbereich gewünscht, denn wenn man auch Kuchen zum Kaffee oder mal Pommes möchte, muss man sich wieder komplett anziehen um zum Restaurantbereich zu gehen. Das war ein kleiner Schwachpunkt. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, und man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass die Lady das ernst nahm. Weniger sauber waren die Bereiche vor den Liften, und im Lift selber... Aber das ist eher jammern auf hohem Niveau. wir kommen gern wieder
