"We travelled to Atlanta from Kentucky once we arrived the lady at the front counter was nice and called housekeeping to ensure our room was ready. We got the keys immediately and she told us about the complimentary drinks and the pool for the kids. The next morning I was downstairs to ask if they carried hygiene products, because of course as a women I forgot to pack my razor… they ACTUALLY had one!! The breakfast bar was amazing and my kids really enjoyed the waffle maker, to be a family with younger kids this hotel to them was “Fancy”, they were most accident about going to the 10th floor. Best hotel, for the best prices and experience for kids!"

"Margaret was very sweet upon check-in. She also provided great recommendations for late night eats and plethora of activities for the morning. Would stay again."

"Place needs some serious maintenance. Door safety latch locked me out of my room, toilet roll holder was falling off the wall, low water pressure in the shower, old TV with no option for apps. "

"This was a decent hotel in a great location. You are minutes away from the mall of Georgia and all the shops and restaurants that comes with that. You could get to lake Lanier and Alpharetta pretty quick. Again, great location. The hotel amenities weren't great nor disappointing. OK at best. The staff were great and helpful when they could be. Breakfast was not a highlight. The rooms were decent and seemed to be recently updated. Everything was clean and seemed to be in good working order. Overall, it was a decent stay. No issues whatsoever. Not thrilling either."

"Deneisha at the front desk provided exceptional service. She was professional, efficient, and very attentive during check-in, and she also kindly retrieved my bags that I had stored earlier in the day. I truly appreciated her helpful attitude and smooth handling of everything. The room itself was spacious and very clean, and most importantly, the bed was incredibly comfortable…exactly what I needed after a long day playing in a pickleball tournament. Overall, a great experience from start to finish."

"Check in and out was a breeze. The men at the front desk were very friendly. Bed was comfortable. People in a nearby room were a little noisy in the middle of the night."
