The entrance/ the lobby was beautiful and welcoming change from all the modern/boring hotels. The hallways were being remodelled but have potential. The room was nice and spacious. Good overall

Need express check in option. Breakfast is way too expensive. If you're going to charge that much, at least have staff that serves me. Buffett is not acceptable at that price.

The hotel was very clean, large spacious rooms and friendly front desk staff. My one complaint is that the heat seemed to struggle to keep up in these freezing temperatures.
