The staff were nice and helpful but the hotel had dated quite a lot in the 3 months we had booked. It isn't in the best area but close enough to major attractions using a taxi. The worst thing was the temperature. The rooms are exceptionally hot, despite requesting the temperature be turned down every night. The staff informed us that rooms do not have individual climate control. It was convenient to have breakfast there every day but some of the food was quite stale

We enjoyed the property location and convenience to AEP. Small annoyance was that our room keys would quit working multiple times a day so had to go get them reset 4-5 times a day during the stay. Primary issue for the low review was that the rooms were terribly hot. The main corridors and entry were very nice but the rooms were in mid 80’s. The temps outside were in the 90’s and it took until 2/3am for the rooms to cool down. When we told the front desk they just said the air conditioning was running and no other solutions. Nobody expected them to be 60’s or anything unusual however since the main purpose of the room is to relax and sleep, it was less than ideal. Id recommend as a place to stay if they can get the air fixed.

Great choice to stay in Buenos Aires. The location is superb, very close to all BA landmarks. The hotel is really nice and clean. The beds are comfy. And the staff is so nice and helpful. Thank you!

Location, Location, Location

Great location at the heart of the city of Buenos Aires. It's close to everything. Front Desk Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. They courteously responded to our queries and willingly extended a helping hand whenever we need one. The rooms are clean but outdated and need some improvement or upgrade. The room's ventilation/air conditioning system was old & inadequate making us uncomfortable and sweaty.

The hotel is modern and preserves the original architecture of the last century. The room was comfortable and cool. It is very safe and is located in the center of the city. The staff was very attentive and always answered my questions. They also helped me to change dollars.

The hotel has great architecture with the rooms having high ceilings and small balconies in the Argentinian stlye. The room we got was quite spacious. The only downside is the tub/shower situation which can be a bit difficult to get into and out of if you have issues with mobility. The staff are quite friendly and speak English, if you are a non-Spanish speaker. The hotel is next door to the Galleria Pacificos, a huge mall with lots of shops and restaurants. The atea surrounding also has several restaurants and it's very close to the tourist hotspots.

Our stay was in early March. Initially we were assigned to a unit on the 4th floor. It became unbearably hot in the afternoon. I had to request for another room and moved to a room on the first floor. I still could not adjust the temperature because the air conditioning is a central system. I will never book this hotel during summer season.

Chequed in and the hotel room did not have A/C in Argentina in March... they did not have another room or fan or were not able to help much - arrived at 1AM, if not I would have moved to another hotel. I was looking forward to staying there... not anymore.

This place did not live up to my expectations. First of all, I arranged to be picked up at the airport before I departed from my original destination. Upon arrival I. Buenos Aires, I did not have any transportation. After two hours waiting at the airport and numerous calls to the hotel, I was finally told by the hotel to find a taxi. Horrible communications and poor customer service by this hotel. The hotel room was noisy and the bathroom was really outdated with mold in the shower. The free breakfast was a joke with minimal items available. The trays were always empty and no worker in sight. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This property is maybe a two star hotel. Expedia needs to updated its review of this hotel. Again, horrible hotel. Find a nicer place to stay and stay away from this hotel.

Localização execelente. Café da manhã repetitivo e alguns itens um tanto quanto duvidosos (presunto) no caso. Banheiro necessita de modernização. Controle de temperatura do quarto é feita externamente o q deixa o quarto quente e seco durante a noite. Para hóspedes pouco exigentes.
