Me gustaría mencionar algunos nombres pero no sería justo con los demás porque la verdad que cada empleado, sin importar el área, nos brindó a mi y a mi esposo un servicio de muy alta calidad. "Beautiful views of Arenal Volcano throughout the hotel and pools, and a convenient location near La Fortuna center. Rooms were well maintained overall, though there were occasional drain odors and signs of mold around the sink. The pools were excellent, and staff consistently delivered attentive service poolside. Overall, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous, making for a very enjoyable stay."

"The hotel is overrated for the price. It is not clean and the food was regular, even the food was with hair. They don’t have even a mini fridge for such as expensive hotel. You have to park far away from the room. It was a lizard inside the blender and the pool has a frog inside. The view is not like it is in the picture."
