The receptionist (who checked me in) was rude, like I should be grateful to stay there, bad attitude. The room stank like drain, regardless I left the room with the bathroom vent on, when I got back like 10 hours later it was worse. Urine stains on the toilet, curtains had holes in them, had to force the window open. Only 2 options for pillows, a giant one which feels like you have your neck in a 90 degree angle, or a tiny square one. I've stayed here before, but I was upstairs and it was great, however the same receptionist had the very same attitude at that time too. No smell tho. I'm sure a 4 star hotel could do better.

Would not recommend this hotel

Not a good experience. The rooms were spaceous and the beds were good. Apart from this, nothing was worthy of 4 stars. We arrived late and was met by a receptionist who had no clue what he was doing. Ended up being checked in in the wrong room. Another receptionist woke us up the next morning by repeatedly calling the room phone. This was around 8AM and we were asleep. She kept calling until we answered, which is terrible service given how early it was. She wanted us to change rooms, but our «new» room wasn’t even ready until 11AM. And to make it worse: the guests who were allocated to our room hadn’t even arrived. They arrived in the evening the same day. Why wake us up then? The mistake of checking us into the wrong room was theirs, not ours. When we entered the new room, the toilet had used toilet paper in it and the room didn’t seem properly cleaned. The breakfast was bad. Small selection of food, which was dry and bland. We chose to eat breakfast at a café in the city centre instead. The second night I went to the reception to ask a few questions. I was met by a third receptionist who were basically asleep behind the counter. She was watching a TV show on the computer screen and couldn’t be bothered with helping me. She didn’t even turn off the show when I talked to her. The cleaning staff didn’t provide us with fresh towels, they just hung up used ones. The staff should definitely improve their service skills, because this wasn’t even close to 4 stars.

Veldig bra men usentralt

Ganske avsidesliggende, bør ha bil/transport. Veldig fint og god standard. Vi mistet strøm på rommet den ene natten/morgenen (bare vårt rom) og fant i løp av oppholdet 4 glass skår på teppet. Gav beskjed uten å få noe videre "beklager for det" eller lignende, bare takk for at vi sa ifra. Det ble arrangert bryllup den ene dagen vi var der, da fikk vi ikke tilgang til restaurant eller hagen, men det er en knallfin restaurant to bygg bortenfor og mange plasser i nærheten langs elva der man kan sitte ute, så det gikk helt fint. Totalt sett veldig bra, men det er kanskje 25 min å kjøre inn til Budapest så det er usentralt

Sehr modernes, neues Hotel an ruhiger Lage direkt am Seitenkanal der Donau. Parkplätze evenfalls genug vorhanden. Restaurant ist auch sehr gut und vielseitig.

Sauberkeit im Sanitärbereich könnte besser sein. TV- Größe, wie ein ein größerer Laptop::((!! bei internationalen Gästen sollte auch deutsches Fernsehprogramm verfügbar sein!! Frühstück zu wenig Auswahl,08:30Uhr wurde schon nichts mehr aufgefüllt.

Fint hotell nær elven

2 netter på dette flotte hotellet rett ved elven. Levende musikk i restauranten. Hotellet ligger litt langt fra selve Budapest sentrum, Ca 10km, men hotellet passet perfekt for oss som kom kjørende med bil. Gode senger, rene rom og avslappet atmosfære gjorde oppholdet vårt til en meget god opplevelse. Taxi til Budapest koster Ca 10 Euro.

mooie locatie, zeer vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt zeer matig. kamers worden eind dit jaar voorzien van o.a. nieuwe vloerbedekking. airco had het zwaar met 36 graden buiten.

inizialmente avevo valutato bene questo Hotel ma nel corso del soggiorno, ho notato delle mancanze gravi per un hotel a 4 stelle. 1.Pulizia delle camere superficiali si limitavono a tirare su il piumino, quando la sera si spostava si notava il lenzuolo con tutte le pieghe dove si era dormito. 2.Il bicchiere usato e appoggiato sul comodino mai sostituito, considerando che forse la stanza veniva pulita la mattina la polvere che poteva appoggiarsi nell'interno del bicchiere. 3. set saponi mai rimpiazzati. 4. Colazione anche se ero tra primi ad arrivare i crossaint erano sempre finiti. 5. un cameriere in particolare ,in servizio nell'ora del pranzo, non sapeva stare al suo posto. Di positivo. 1 splendita location 2. ottima reception. 3. belle stanze. buona posizione per raggiungere il centro sia in auto che con i mezzi.

マイカーに便利なリーゾナブルなホテル

静かな環境にある3.5星ホテル。レストランでのサービスは素晴らしい。窓が開けると自動的にクーラーが停止するなどの最新設備を整ええている。一方、問題点もあり。市街中心部から離れており、公共交通手段もないので、車がないと不便。2階建てであるがエレベーターがない。シャワー室の扉がしっかり閉まらず、洗面所の床が濡れる。シャワーヘッドの固定棒のねじが緩んで、ヘッドが正常に収納できない、ベッドランプが今にも折れそうに曲がっている。管理面の不備が目についた。最大の魅力は料金のあ安いこと。ツインで朝食付き8千円。
