Muss mich leider vielen anderen Gästen anschließen. Zimmer war klein aber das wussten wir ja. Zimmer roch muffig und nach Schimmel . Es waren dafür überall Duftstecker in Steckdosen, so das der Geruch vertuscht werden sollte. Zum Früstück gab es abgelaufene Magerine 11/23 wir waren Ende März 24 zu Besuch. Das einzig positive ist die Sicht auf den schönen See. Wir werden in diesem Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Wir waren vom 25.8.19 bis 29.8.19 dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch unsere beiden kleinen Hunde waren sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war auch gut, es gab immer frische Sachen. Der Service war imner nett und freundlich. Der Ausblick von unserem Zimmer und von der Terrasse war grandios. Wir würden wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Personal ok, essen im Restaurant nicht regional, kein einheimisches Bier, Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, unter dem Bett lag eine babywindel von den Vorgästen oder noch länger. Im Speisesaal waren Spinnweben zu sehen. Im Salat war eine Raupe (naja das bedeutet wohl bio), Frühstück ok nichts besonderes. Der See ( Landschaft) war schön. Nur das Umfeld (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, sprich der ganze Ort hängt ein bisschen hinterher. Beispiel bei einer Wanderung um denn See hatte kein Restaurant Imbiss usw auf wo man sich stärken könnte. Im Hotel selbst lägen keine Information zum Ort ( Wanderkarten u ä ) un Umland aus. Nur Berliner Infos. So haben wir selbst eine Wanderkarte eine Straußenfarm, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitangebote uns besorgt. Im gross3n und ganzen für zweit drei Tag ganz nett aber eher was für ältere Menschen oder die die Ruhe suchen. Oder angeln wollen.

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage aber...

Die Ankunft war sehr vielversprechend. Nette Chefin und wir haben unser Zimmer schon um 11:30 bekommen, obwohl Check In erst ab 15 Uhr war! Bei der Abreise war die Chefin sehr reserviert, evtl, gestresst. Auch wurde uns 85 Euro für das Zimmer berechnet, obwohl vorher für 76,50 gebucht... Meine Familie hatte es bei der Anreise nicht so gut. Extrem unfreundlicher Chef, Zimmer erst gegen 16 Uhr bezugsfertig und Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte nur äußerst unwillig. EC Karte ohne Kommentar akzeptiert. Alles in allem aber ein super Hotel in bester Lage

Gefallen: hoteleigener Strand, Steg und Tretboote, tolle Lage des Hotels Nicht gefallen: vorhandene Strandkörbe standen nicht am Strand, sondern lieblos an unpassender Stelle, Zimmer ungünstig eingerichtet: im kleinen Zimmer zwei große Stühle (besser wären Hocker), Bad: Waschbecken viel zu klein; normales Sitzen auf der Toilette nicht möglich, weil diese unmittelbar im Bereich der Duschkabinenwand installiert war!!!; Säuberung der Zimmer oftmals erst am späten Nachmittag (nach 16:00 Uhr); Kissen und Zudecken nicht zeitgemäß

Rezeption unfreundlich. Wir sind erst um 15:45 Uhr ins Zimmer gekommen, weil noch nicht gereinigt war. Ganz schlechte (weiche) Matratzen, Löcher in den Bettlaken. Restaurant montags und dienstags Ruhetag. Ungewöhnlich gastfeindlich. Rezeption an beiden Tagen nur bis 15:30 Uhr besetzt. Zimmer soweit ok, aber sehr klein, besonders das Badezimmer. Blick auf den See ist fantastisch.

Phantastisches Essen, toller Ausblick alles sauber. Missfallen hat mir, dass ich dort entspannen wollte. Es gab jedoch eine Hochzeitsgesellschaft, welche bis 4 Uhr morgens laut feierte und tanzte. Das Frühstück auf einer tollen Terrasse war für die Hochzeitsgäste reserviert, so dass man drinnen Frühstücken musste und sich wie ein Gast 2. Klasse fühlte. Sehr schade, da es ansonsten eine Perle ist.

Nettes Hotel mit Superaussicht

Sehr nettes Personal . Die Zimmer waren klein, da es halt ein altes Haus ist, das jedoch liebevoll renoviert wurde. Die Aussicht ist super. Nebenkosten sind etwas hochpreisig.

Das Hotel ist in guter Lage und wird offensichtlich gut nachgefragt. Trotzdem ist kaum zu übersehen, dass es in die Jahre gekommen ist, das fängt an mit kleinen Defekten am Inventar, abgenutzter Hotelwäsche etc. Unbedingt vermeiden sollte man die Buchung eines Zimmers in Straßenlage. Bodentiefe Fenster gewähren einen tollen Ausblick auf parkende Autos und rauchende Hotelgäste, im Gegenzug gewährt mann denen Draußen tolle Einblicke. Vorhang zuziehen hilft auch nicht, denn dann wird es Nacht im Zimmer. Das Personal ist gutwillig, wohl aber öfter überfordert. Heißes Teewasser zum Frühstück gibts nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage. Ansonsten wird man an den Samowar verwiesen, der nur lauwarmes Wasser bietet. So sammeln sich kleine Unzulänglichkeiten zu einem in Gänze eher negativen Gesamteindruck.

Charmant und Freundlich

Rustikales Hotel mit tollem Service. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker und preislich angemessen. Das Frühstück war toll. Hab ich in der Preisklasse selten so gut erlebt. Komme gern wieder.
