"Quaint, lovely place to stay"

"Expected a clean room. There was broken furniture and it was dirty. I wanted to leave, but it was late that we arrived and really didn’t have a choice. The cable tv didn’t function. I spent an hour or 2 trying to fix it. Would’ve asked maintenance, but one person in our room went right to sleep. Pick something better even if you have to trace further."

"Hot and cold temperatures easy to control. Staff were ok. They did their job; but no one went out of their way to be extra friendly. Only 1 handicapped parking place. But three spaces for honored members. Shower head low pressure. Poor lighting in the coffee machine area; difficult to read instructions with out a flash light. Flushing the toilet was a cross between two mountain lions fighting and trying to wake the dead."

"The hotel itself was beautiful and the location was great. We loved our room. Our biggest complaint was the restaurant. The service was awful and for the reason alone we wouldn't return."

"One of my go to for personal time away. Amenities are good, free breakfast, Black and Blue Restaurant onsite and near by Mall and restaurant within walking distance. Enjoy!"

"The place was below average standards and the hallways smelled. The room was ok, but burners were old. The place needs a renovation. The front desk clerk was helpful and polite. Unfortunately, I saw two bugs on my bed, one living that I killed and another one that was dead. It troubled me and I immediately checked out. The front desk person was apologetic but not overly surprised which led me to believe this might be a common issue. They promised to refund my credit card and that it...

"Staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Parking is free. If you pay for the breakfast, it is at their Bistro - you get two adult entrees and two kids entrees and drinks. The portions were generous and delicious - was a good start to the day."

"This place is not really the newest or freshest, and at about $100 a night, was overpriced to my dinosaur way of thinking -- but they are exploiting the overpriced nature of the metro Boston hotel market. One thing that was annoying was that the shower was only lukewarm-mildly warm."
