"The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions, even advising us on getting a local train up to the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, especially having a chef cooking eggs fresh in front of us — it was great knowing everything was freshly prepared. There were initially some missing towels and dressing gowns, but once we mentioned it, they were provided straight away without hesitation. The only downside was that the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner...

"This is a very comfortable hotel with very nice rooms and a very impressive spa. The only down side is the location. It’s quite far outside the centre of Bucharest in an area that needs a lot of work. The breakfast buffet was also a bit lacking choice"

"This hotel was great. We loved the Christmas display on the front of the hotel and inside. George greeted us and was so helpful parking our car and bringing our suitcases to the room. George was very nice. The room was great and I appreciated the front desk person putting us in a quiet room so we could sleep well. If we’re ever back in Romania, we’ll stay here again. -Nick"
