Before checking in on 5-16, was told I would also have reservations for 19-22 and 23-24. Just needed to finalize at my convenience. When I went to finalize it a few hours later, I was informed it was not possible, all rooms were booked for those dates. Met with manager who worked it out for 19-21 and found us other lodging for 21-24. But we spent another day changing locations.

Beautiful well-staffed hotel. Room and bathroom were clean and well kept. Lobby area was beautiful and inviting.

Helpful front desk staff, room cleaning missed a few items, failed to refill Kleenex box, tea bags and shampoo and bath gel, soap, etc. shower door leaked badly, whole floor in front of bathtub got all wet! Handheld shower diverter didn’t work. Paid breakfast was good.

Room was cleaned only once during my 3 day stay. Dirty towels were on the floor after the room was serviced. Water, tea/coffee wasnt replaced. Very limited options for lunch and dinner. Had Lunch ince and were were served with tge wrong dish. Slow and horrible service in the restaurant

Excellent location, only two minutes walking to the metro station. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast have a lot of choice.

Der Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sind aber sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Trotz der Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße ist es ruhig.

Got tricked by it Star rating !
We booked for two night for its location in October 23 to 24 2023. First night first discovery AC doesn’t get below 24C when outside temperature is 27C. Got a false hope of repair. Never happened. Second discovery , hotel room phone system not working for days. I have to come down from 16 floor to get service or complain . Thirdly. Missing hair dryer from room . I don’t believe it’s recommended as five star facility?

Management was super. Helpful in every way and very courteous. The is a mess however. Graffiti EVERYWHERE and air pollution ifs high. Local government needs to encourage citizens ans business to clean up the town.

Luxus pur!!! A fost si va ramine un hotel fara asemanare. Ma am simtit o saptamina „ca la mama acasa“, Ii multumesc din toata inima doamnei STEFANIA, (de la restaurantul unde luam micul dejun) care avea grija de fiecare oaspete sa nu ii lipseasca nimic, citea dorintele inainte sa le pronunti tu. A facut mai mult decit ii sta in puterile unui om. Diversivitatea de mincarurile care se aflau la bufet au intrecut orice alt hotel. (Emirates Palace, Burj al arab, Jumeirah Beach Hotel etc.) Am stat la camera 1502, de unde am avut o priveliste minunata spre toate cladirile vechi, frumoase si importante din Bucuresti. Camera a fost in fiecare zi excelent menajata asa cum se cuvine la un hotel de 5 stele dintro capitala. Nu a lipsit nimic. Concluzia este ca mai venim inca o data la Grand Hotel bucuresti, abia asteptam!!!!!
