Discrepancy btw Hotels.com’s ad and actual hotel’s

There were several things that didn’t match what was advertised on Hotels.com. For example, there were no blackout curtains, so I was forced to wake up at 5:30 AM due to the sunlight. I went to the front desk to see if they could change my room, but they told me that all rooms have the same type of curtains. They suggested I try sleeping in the second bedroom, since it doesn’t have any windows. However, I still couldn’t sleep well because the door to that room doesn’t close properly.

대명 콘도 혹은 대명 리조트 정도이 이름이면 잘 어울릴것 같은 분위기였습니다 . 영하권인데 난방이 안되어서 건의하니 안방장치와 전기요를 주네요.. 직원분들은 정말 친절하시고 편하게 해주려고 노력해주셔서 감사했는데 ~ 윗선 관리자들이 너무 타이트하게 운영지시를 내리는게 아닌지 … 씁쓸한 느낌만 남습니다 . 소노벨이라는 명칭에 실망햇네요

격포 , 이곳도 옛날 같지않아 사람이 별로 모이지 않는 곳인것같다, 더군다나 리조트도 그렇게 활성화 되지않고 있는듯, 주변 환경이나 주변의 편의시설은 부족하지만, 리조트 내의 편의시설이 그런대로 쓸만함, 주변 관광지를 여행하기 앤 이곳이 좋은 숙소인듯하다 특히 여러명이 투숙하기엔 이곳이 적격~!

채석강이 가까웠고, 주변 음식점 접근성도 좋았음. 다만 좌우로 긴 건물인데 엘리베이터는 중앙부에만 있어서 건물 내 이동거리가 길었음. 그래도 엘리베이터 속도가 빨라서 체증은 없었음.

Un arret dans cet hotel pour une nuit et c etait bien suffisant . Les couloirs sont austères les moquettes plus que sales et délavées. Nous avions une gold suite qui n a de gold que le nom . Les chambres sont vieillissantes . La tapisserie se decolle , les salles de bains avec des poils et des cheveux. Pas de peignoires , pas de pantoufles, pas de brosses a dent ni de necessaire de toilettes. Si vous etes allergique aux acquariens je déconseille.
