Minor negative's, no in room TV, but there is a very pleasant communal room on the ground floor. The top floor takes 55 steps to reach it, my fault for not doing full research. View is excellent, gardens are delightful, about 5 miles from Avaranches (great restaurants, pleasant town).Main dining room and lounge were excellently furnished, and in first class condition. We would recommend this establishment."

No real air conditioning, but we stayed for only 1 night. In the morning we had our coffee and fresh croissants in the beautiful, quaint yard set up with tables and canopies. This is a truly charming hotel in old-French style in a small French town. Just adorable!"
