"The hotel itself is rather old and tired and in need of a refurb. However, the welcoming staff and incredible breakfast means that we will definitely stay here again. The location is great, just outside Wavre, close to the motorway. Parking is easy and lots of it. The breakfast was one of best we've ever had. "The hotel looks great for the money paid. Near the Waterloo battlefield and near restaurants. Room is larger than typical European rooms."

"Cher pour le service proposé. Pas horrible., la chambre spartiate était bien propre. Mais aucune indication des communs, j'ai du errer pour trouver la cuisine, courir après l'accueillant pour le check-in. Il y avait une soirée karaoké sous le bâtiment donc pas mal de bruit. Gérable mais on aurait aimé être prévenu. Pour 50€ ce serait ok, mais 80€ pour ça c'est exagéré."
