"The bed and pillow are so comfy, the personalise welcome card and freebies are bonus, thanks for the team in Pillow city hotel"

"Due to a foot injury, the staff were very friendly and accomodating to place me at the closest room to the entrance. Room was clean and location was extremely convenient and only a few minutes from the Grand Place and central station. Only downside is that it can be pretty loud late at night. "Super clean and great staff."
