We stayed at Art de Séjour for 4 nights at the beginning of November. Our stay was one of the many highlights of visiting Brussels. Mario is the most gracious host we have encountered in our many travels in Europe. His historic property is absolutely beautifully renovated to the utmost detail. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with lots of light and all the up to date amenities. The bed was very comfortable with wonderful bedding. The location of this urban oasis is perfect and close to many of Brussels attractions. Mario generously shared his knowledge of the city with which we had awesome experiences, from the restaurants suggested along with chocolate shops and antique shops. His breakfasts were delicious and a perfect way to start a day of exploration in Brussels. We highly recommend Art de Séjour for your stay in the beautiful city of Brussels.

Hands down the best Hotel experience. From its convenient location, to spacious and clean room and comfortable bed, to Mario and the incredibly delicious made to order breakfast every morning this place is an absolute gem. Safe area, easy walk to metro and dining. Book it IF available!

Fantastic!

II can’t say enough about our great experience. We have stayed at a number of B&Bs in Europe but this by far was the best! Our host Mario was excellent and gave us five star service! The room is large, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding! The location is a few minutes walking distance to the city center. I would recommend Art de Sejour for a fantastic stay in Brussels.

Mario has built an oasis in the heart of Brussels. Our room (#2) was large and full of light. Breakfast was made to order and the coffee fresh brewed. Make sure the taxi driver knows you're headed to #12 and that it's not a hotel. Don't be fooled by the scene as you come from the airport...the location is perfect!

Perfect!

Our stay was perfect. Mario was a great host. He met us for check in and gave us some ideas and a map of the area. Our room was very comfortable. The bed, shower, air conditioning were all perfect. The room was quiet and the location was great. Our breakfasts were cooked to order and very nice. I would highly recommend this B & B.

Amazing stay, Amazing host, 10 Stars.

This modern renovated home offers 4 units, each occupying a floor. The rooms are very large, well appointed with a large modern bathroom (re were in room #3) Well located close to old town, restaurants and transit, it is ideal for walking to the sites, museum, etc. The included breakfast is amazing with freshly baked croissants, fruit, yogurt, prepared to order eggs, specialty coffees. Mario is a supper host and greets his guests with an orientation session that includes dining recommendations, site visits and how to get around. Would highly recommend staying at this wonderful establishment.

If I could give Six stars out of five, I would.

When I read previous reviews about this establishment I was a bit skeptical. Nothing could be that perfect. But we were pleasantly shown otherwise. We were greeted as if we were old friends who had come to town for a visit, and were treated that way throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, the whole place immaculate, the location ideal. Mario (the owner/host) personally serves a delicious breakfast to order. His attention to detail shows in everything. We travel a lot, and Art de Sejour tops our list of best places. Above and beyond in every way.

This is a great option for your stay in Brussels. The host was awesome, a great place to relax after getting to know the city, is very accesible to public transportation and it is conveniently walking distance from many landmarks.

The hospitality and room were excellent - perhaps the best I’ve ever seen! The host tailors your breakfast to your tastes, and also helps you set an itinerary if you are new to Brussels. I could not recommend it more highly!

Amazing! Beautiful! Friendly! Convenient! Charming

I absolutely LOVED the stay in Brussels! Never been to Brussels before and I love it. The stay was fabulous with a gorgeous room that I wasn’t expecting it to be so nice. Great breakfast in the morning and they made sure everything was good throughout the stay. I would give 20 stars if I could. I do a lot of traveling and have not stayed in a better place. Beds were so comfortable, shower was some of the best water pressure I have ever had, these words sum it up: Amazing! Beautiful! Friendly! Convenient! Charming! Spacious! Safe! Large! Fabulous!

Wow! What a beautiful property. Walking in we were greeted by Mario. He was warm and friendly and assisted with check-in as well as recommendations for places around Brussels. This B&B is located central To everything you would need (restaurants, bars, grand place, manneken pis etc. were all right around the corner). We stayed on the second floor, each floor only has one room so you can imagine how spacious the rooms were. Walking into the room my jaw literally dropped because it was so beautiful! Mario literally thought of every little detail guests would need. If you’re on the fence about booking here, go ahead and book!. This property is just beautiful. Also breakfast smelled amazing in the mornings. We couldn’t make it to breakfast because we chose to spend our mornings in bed with a hot cup of coffee.

The Art de Sejour is a beautiful property. It is very obvious that the owner, Mario, has paid attention to the little details. Our room, with two singles, was larger than expected and very comfortable. The room was well appointed, with a large bathroom-shower area. Mario offered insightful advise on " Everything Brussels." An excellent breakfast is included, which starts at 0800. We had an early start on our first day, Mario started early to make sure that we had breakfast. Highly recommended.

Mario nous a reçu avec une gentillesse incroyable. Même en arrivant avec un retard dû à notre vol, il a monté nos valises à l'étage. De plus pour souligner notre anniversaire de mariage il nous a offert une bouteille de champagne. Merci encore pour l'excellent séjour.
