"The location was good but honestly I wouldn’t book again. It was so difficult to get to my room. And I didn’t hear back from them when asking for help untill I reach out to Expedia. The doors are so close to eachother you can hear everything and I had the worst night sleep. Since I kept thinking people were trying to get into my room but it was just the next door. The shower jsut close properly so all of the water spills out of the shower and I had to use all my towels to clean it."

"We were sent a code for the property via a WhatsApp chat and check in was very easy. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. The apartment was very compact so I would check the floor space before booking. There were no dishwasher tablets or coffee grounds for the machine but these can be bought downstairs. For a short stay it would be good to have at least one dishwasher tablet as most shops are...

"The location is very convenient to transportation and eating establishments within walking distance.
The check in was all digital and if you have problems there’s not quick access. Was told to make sure the Bluetooth on phone needed to be activated but note that there’s A SECONDARY permission needed within the app. If there a glitch you’re at the mercy of automated replies and hoping someone comes back to you.
Close to a University and the small room layout reminded me of my son’s upgraded...

"Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. Unless you go out through the garden did I mention it was pouring rain and I had all my bags with me and had to wait for the car service outside in the rain other than that the place was great"
