"Love the location of this hotel. Stayed here many times."

"Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean hotel. Great view from my room looking over the Mississippi River."

"The front desk host, Karen, was friendly and very efficient, but the hallways were very dirty and out room smelled like dog. It was also dirty. There was some kind of stain on one of the walls that looked like someone threw coffee on it; the long dressing mirror was dirty; the shower was dirty and had hair in it and looked about 10 years overdue of a remodel. We would have asked for a different room, but its was Oktoberfest, so we knew we wouldn’t have much luck. All in all I guess it was good...

"Things were just ok. Staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Paid more attention to themselves than with making themselves available to customer. Very non/engaging staff."

"This place is a gem. And, for the price it is unbelievable! The staff is very pleasant and warm. The facility is well maintained, extremely clean and overall just a rare pleasure for a simple, unpretentious establishment. Highly recommend in every respect."
