"I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo."

"First room had clogged toilet, bad outlets, and TV didn't work. They offered to move us, and gave us keys that didn't work. Returned to front desk, and they rekeyed cards...they now worked, but room was occupied ( sorry to the folks we walked in on!). 3rd row had a florescent light in the bathroom that worked intermittently, might not work at all, or stroked badly. Told front desk about light, and they said it would be taken care of...it never was. With a little maintenance this could...

"Air conditioning not good at all. Had set on the lowest setting and was hot a humid in the room the whole time. Very humid in the hallway as well. The shower sounded like it was about to take flight when it was on and the toilet ran literally all night. I’ll just pay the $150 to stay at the Hilton next time."

The location was not busy so it felt like I had the entire hotel to myself. I am glad I stopped here. The weather was so bad that a quick stop to rest & hide from the weather was the best choice. My fur babies were also very comfortable."
