"I really enjoyed staying at the Margaritaville in Bossier City. It was a beautiful hotel, the staff at the front desk were phenomenal. We walked in without a reservation at about 7:30 PM and they were very helpful. They got the Bell boy to take our bags to our room while we parked the car. So we didn’t even have to take our luggage up. That is huge for women that are aging gently. lol. We Had a great time at the casino. And the room and all of the pictures in the elevators and in the lobby...

"The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! "The lady working the breakfast this morning was so kind and helpful. my daughter and I have a gluten allergy and could not eat the biscuit breakfast sandwiches that were out. She went and found quiche for us. She was so kind. Also, the property is very clean. The room was spotless. The staff overall were just completely welcoming and helpful. Thank you"

"This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate."

"Great stay! Friendly staff. Only thing, we reserved a room with 2 queen size beds and we got 2 full size beds. A little uncomfortable sharing with family. But the stay was great!"
