"Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it.
The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place!
We’re already looking for next year!"

"Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!"

"Room was recently renovated and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were very plush. The owner was wonderful, and told us to call her anytime, if there was a problem. The property was centrally located , close to shopping and restaurants. A short drive to the beach. Definitely will stay here again."

"Lisa, the owner, is very accommodating and communicative! We had access to our room around 12 noon. Location was great! Bed was comfortable and room updated nicely. "Was placed at this one after being told where I booked was FULL. Nice place but we wanted to be on the beach and this one is like 20 min away. On the PLUS side..the next day it was raining and they have a indoor pool and hit tub so my kids still got to play in water. "

"Amazing place highly recommend it. They had a kiddie pool a regular pool and a hot tub coffee and refrigerator in the room although there was no microwave the rooms were beautiful I wish I could have got a picture to post but I forgot to take one. Very close to the beach which I greatly appreciate it they had a bar a restaurant a game room and they attendant at the door was very helpful at all times. The food there was very good we did not try the bar but they're always seem to be people in it....
