"I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

"Parking was difficult due to them hosting some sort of scrap booking event. Unfortunate that spaces were hard to find. I had to circle the lot several tjmes until someone pulled away. Hallways smelled of marijuana, staff did give me extra towels to tuck under door to help keep smell out as well as spray something through the hallway. Supposed to be non smoking hotel. I smelled it again later, but gave up. "

"The room wasn't properly cleaned. There was mold/ mildew along the entire bottom of shower curtain. The TV remotes were absolutely filthy & gross with lots of gunk around & on buttons. The ceiling tiles were 75% falling down, you could actually see between the ceiling squares & the space above it with "stuff ??" hanging In there. There were scratches & many repair spots on walls. The sheets I'm not even sure were clean, but was too tired to walk down & up the 600 steep stairs again, but they...

"We arrived a day early for a conference downtown and chose to stay here to save money versus book additional night at downtown hotel. This hotel was SO nice. Staff was friendly. I also loved that it was close to a couple stores for us to do a little shopping for things we had forgotten. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! "
