"Room was ready, clean, comfortable bed, quite"

"The reason we stayed here was to enjoy the outdoor patio we had often admired. Unfortunately, it was unusable due to the crowd as this is a popular student bar. I had inquired at check in if a reservation was needed and was told no. Additionally it was not expected that under 21 guests could not eat in the restaurant, the staff was kind and would allow with mark on hands indicating they were underage. Ultimately we ate elsewhere as there was no availability outside and inside was quite loud and...

"The receptionist Kathy was very polite and accommodating. The staff was not. I did not appreciate the way their maintenance fellow handled a situation with the rooms assigned. The first room had a bad odor, and the second room TV was not working. My experience was so stressful that I had to find accommodations elsewhere. I will never stay at a Baymont hotel again and will not recommend to any one."

"Breakfast was ok but the room, which was an “upgrade” because the smaller room we booked wasn’t available, was subpar. Dirty walls, holes in curtains, dirty tub and shower curtain, filthy rug with many stains, worn and soiled furniture, dingy bed linens, dirty dishes in cabinets, and an all day and night pot smoker parked outside our door. Steer clear of this property."

"Clean and decent for the price. Biggest issue was a dog barking late at night and it wasn't addressed for a while. Otherwise, I would stay again."

"The room was a non-smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The room heater was off and about 50 Degrees. The sheets were thin and smelled like cigarettes and perfume. There was only one bar of soap next to the sink and no complementary soap in the shower. There was dust all over and a cigarette burn in one of the comforters. I woke up coughing. "

"Check in was super fast and the lady at the front desk was very nice and fast. The bed was very clean and nicely made. For a one night stay it was pretty nice. One thing I do have to complain about is we walked by the pool and it was very yellowish green so we didn’t go in it."
