We got to the room and it had a dirty bathroom floor, garbage on the floor behind the bathroom door, needed a extra blanket for my granddaughter's crib to help her be more comfortable and was told that they did not know where they were but would try to provide a stained blanket when other staff came in. Because it was for a baby they were concerned that it would get stained so they would only provide one already stained. I ended up canceling my...

"I am not sure of the business-friendly, however, I was on the ground floor. When I walked out the door I saw a series of discarded lamps, the curtains did not close adequately, and the room had the odor of pets. I also received several bite marks on my legs and arms. The air conditioning unit made noises when turning off, and the room not only had a dog smell, but an odor that irritated my eyes and nose. I was a female and was placed on the ground floor at the end. I felt very unsafe. "
