"Amazing start to our South African holiday. Although the hotel is quite a way out from Midrand and there is no real shops around the hotel itself and the staff were brilliant. We rented four rooms I’mma put in the big house by ourselves except for the owner who also stayed them so we pretty much had the run at the house. Tracy and the team couldn’t do enough and that was amazing, especially after a long flight. They let us check in early and had lunch under the laps which being that except for me, the other had never been South Africa was a perfect introduction. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but other than that, everything was amazing!"

"It was all good, will stay here again. Just don't like the shower-in-bath arrangement. They said they would give me a room with walk-in shower next time."

"The stay was excellent, only the challenge was the TV that was not clear with stars. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The parking was secured and very safe too. Parking at the bottom where I'm enjoyed park there, due to the pillars the security was thereto assist with the parking and can you imagine that both male and female was helping to park. We're used to male doing that but it was amazing to see a lady helping directing me to park and other members too. It's my wish that the Hotel convey my thanks and appreciations to them all."

"This is an old house, and most equipment and appliances are broken. The towels are old and leave you messy after use. There's no breakfast as advertised. There are no air conditioners in the building—no single window in the room I was taken to. Even though there's a door I could leave open, other guests are in the building, so leaving it open was not an option. I had to share toilets and a bathroom with other guests. Very terrible experience. "
