"We chose this hotel as it was close to our son’s home.
The hotel is well placed for the beach, has a restaurant and a pub. Residents get 10% off breakfast which is already a bargain compared to other places.
Very clean and lovely staff.

"We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable .
It’s clear to see that all the staff are happy in their roles and enjoy working there. Some standouts include Julie, Georgia and Peter.
Breakfast in Seasalt was fabulous & Pam went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. We were also impressed to see a young man with special needs working there.

"The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful.
The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants.
The hotel also was fantastic.
The only downside for me was the cleanliness. When we arrived, there were pieces of paper on the nightstand, the surfaces were dusty, and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom faucet. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness, which was disappointing.

"I think coming during school holidays made it more difficult for the hotel to keep up with its cleanliness. I’ve never noticed the carpets or the spa area needing attention before. "Beautiful property, inside and out, staff are great! Pool is nice but packed with kids unless early in morning and water quality was a little off. Also just know (7/14/26) there is serious construction going on next to this hotel. Front desk said work/noise was 9 am to 5 pm but in reality it’s 7 am to 7 pm, even some digging on sunday. We were out most of the time so no matter, did not bother us even when we were there but ask to be on other side of hotel if noise affects you. Very much...
