We had a lovely stay. I wanted to be beachfront and we were so we could see and hear the ocean from our room. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. My only gripe is that we stayed on the third floor and we had to carry our bags up all the stairs.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Excellent views and ocean air. A real treat you won't want to leave. It is shameless that the elevator is still not fixed- perhaps the ADA needs to be notified. I saw a woman sheltering from the wind in a wheelchair that had been waiting for a room for "more than two hours". She had to wait for a room on the first floor because the elevator was not working. I'm 80 years old and had to carry my luggage up the stairs. My heart had a hard time. Terrible in a facility that charges premium rates.

Rooms were great, beautiful view. Only downside of this hotel is no elevator so had to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor. Otherwise it was a great stay

aside from finding a used bandaid in bathroom the room was spectacular! the sounds of oceans waves, clear night & really exceptional front desk. thank you for all you did to accommodate a couple of weary travers

For future stays our Ocean View buildings are stairs only and the Ocean front will have the elevator access. We are more than happy to assist with luggage to and from the room if needed as well. Very comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful ocean view. Our building has no elevator and the elevators oare out in the two other buildings (FYI)

Ran down is an understatement. On top of dirt/dust everywhere in the room. Elevators were down. Looked like the out of service signs on the elevator had been there a long time, the ink had faded. Definitely stay during the off season, not worth paying more than what’s it worth.

While the room was nice and looked to have been updated recently, the outside of the building could use an update. For the price it does not present well. Room was overall clean, but the area around bottom of the toilet was not.

the front desk staff were very accomodating and friendly. The beach is beautiful and easy to access. The room was not clean, very dirty around the desk and the window sliders need a good scrub.
