The room was misrepresented with the photos that were used on the site, the room had a moldy/musty smell, the “hot” water in the shower was luke warm, and either someone tried entering the room or the housekeeping staff tried to open the door without knocking or announcing themselves before doing so. "Absolutely horrible. The photos they posted are nothing like the room I had. The walls needed to be fixed, the bed wasn’t made and there were cracks in the floor. Then someone tried to open our door so we left after being there for only 40 minutes. I asked for a refund but because we “used the room” he wouldn’t let us refund. Never coming here again and i recommend you stay far away from here"

"The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. "Loved this hotel. Good distance from the main attractions. The highlight is the cleanliness of our room and the overall layout. Bed were comfortable and the AC is cold!!!this one is great because when you set it at cold it is cold and stays that way til you’re freezing! I hope they dont change it in the summer. Definitely will come back to this hotel with this amenity alone. My only very minor complaint would be the pillows, they have 0 firmness by next mornings you’re almost laying flat on...
