Everything was amazing, had a little trouble at check in with my rbc debit card, but when I switched over to my pc financial card everything was good to go. The room was clean, the breakfast was amazing and the pool area was enjoyable 😊

Room interior is old and tired looking but it is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our room was a suite. Full kitchen was great. Only thing we needed was a spatula. Great location to restaurants, museums, and Byward Market. All walkable. We will stay here again for our next visit to Ottawa
