"My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back."

"Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there."

"Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of other families there for kids sports events, as we were. We noticed one of the comforters had a small stain after we checked in. We let the front desk know before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the comforter was changed. Overall, great stay."

"The staff were nice and the room was clean, however, the mattress had huge sags in it. It was so bad, I was stunned by it. The staff knows, but their hand are tied. The mattress was so saggy that the bed could not even be made properly. I can sleep anywhere, so I managed. I was in room 154 on the corner and it would be impossible to make this mattress worse.
