"I had a bit of an issue with check in- my phone won't work when I'm abroad but I was assured before I left that the digital key works with the wifi. It did not. However, the online customer service was quick to respond and offered a solution in the form of a physical key which I was able to access in one of the communal areas, so I was in within 10 minutes. No issues after that. The room was great, bright and airy with huge windows. Clean as could be. The bathroom was really nice, with stone...

"Exceeded expectations. Absolutely loved the location, room set up, free mini bar, sauna and whimsy of it all. Would 100% stay here again. We stayed half our trip here and half at another hotel near Nyhavn on a canal. This location was just as good and the 25 hours Indre By was definitely the better deal of the two. Well done, 25 hours!!"

Personale...
