Easy and pleasant check in. Hotel very clean and welcoming. Room also clean and comfortable. Staff all very helpful, friendly and polite. Would have liked a bit more gluten free choice. However overall would stay there again.

The room was nicely furnished (including with antiques, which is an unusual touch), coffee for the machine in the kitchen, clean. Location handy both for Whiteladies Road and the city centre. I emailed asking about parking on site but received no response whatsoever, which was disappointing.
