"Great bed and a fan in the room"

"This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

"I chose the hotel for a shortish stay as wanted to visit Bath and Bristol and didn’t want to drive. It’s perfect: regular trains and buses to both destinations. A great breakfast included which is a boon as it saves waiting to be served at tourist hot spots. All staff very helpful and friendly. "A excellent stay prior to a flight from Bristol Airport. Restaurant was excellent with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff made you feel welcome. Car parking was great and only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Will definitely stay again."
