We were told we had been upgraded, our room was large and comfortable with an extra bed and sofa. "We stayed at this property for one night prior to our flight. The property was easy to find and on arrival staff were accommodating and friendly! The bar had a good atmosphere and the cocktails were delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Breakfast was next level - best cooked breakfast we’ve had. Thanks for such a great stay!"

"This was the worst place ive ever stayed in. I had a small room in a terraced house on a rough housing estate. The room needs painting & cupboard was broken. The lady didnt even come out the front room to say hi. The bathroom also needs upgrading. Doors didn't shut properly, so other people in the house had to slam them shut. "
