"We needed a room for the night so could visit Galway in the morning. Room was Clean and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was actually amazing and we were pleasantly surprised. Would recommend if you're ok with staying a bit out of the city centre. Free parking included ! "

"The hotel was very nice and clean, but we booked for the pool and it is not a hotel pool - it is an affiliated health club pool - and the staff were extremely rude to the kids. There is nowhere to sit. This is not a hotel to book hoping for a fun family time between tours."

"The heat is controlled by the staff and is turned on from 9-11:00pm (only) It was extremely cold ( it actually hailed in the afternoon) and I had to ask for a second comforter - in addition to the extra blanket in the closet. "

The room was in chilly side as main bedroom radiator didnt work the car parking is ridiculous - cant get out Pool is nice compulsory swimming caps outdated no soap showers either €5 a night to park if use external booking partners no idea why so I didnt dine in hotel at all ! "Nice Hotel , clean and comfortable beds , however some of the plugs in the room didn’t work , plugs where lose fittings, heating kept turning off which left the room cold. The food is excellent in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast , the staff are young and inexperienced, getting confused with orders and very slow !!"
