"Hotel is in great location. Booked 2 Double bed suite but it was oversold, so we got King size bed suite. Called for couple hours at night to get extra blanket and pillow, front office answered but we never got it after called twice. Otherwise, Front office staff very courteous and helpful. Property is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Parking was tricky, used Trader Joe parking in the basement of the hotel. They have great breakfast, courteous crew."

"Fantastic find! We loved our stay at the Normandy. The staff was wonderful (big shout out to Ty!). Breakfast and wine in the evenings were lovely. A quiet neighborhood and only a 15-minute walk to the Metro. Will definitely be back!"

"Pretty nice place! The staff felt a little rude and lol, the lift never arrives!! And it was unfortunate for us that the rfid detector to open the door stopped working randomly because of a battery problem and we had to go up and down multiple times thinking it was a key problem."
