"I had a late evening checkin. Upon arrival the doors were locked and no one was at the window because staff was “working out” I was then told there was no internet to check my reservation. And asked if I could provide My Personal Hotspot to give him access to the internet. Even after all that, I was given a room that smelled of smoke (requested non smoking), the shower head leaked all night, the smoke detector was broke off the wall & stains on the “white” sheets and towels"

"The older housekeeping lady very rude however the younger one always nice and pleasant didn’t mind giving clean items when asked or tissue the other women she always seemed annoyed and didn’t want to wash she told me once a week and that I needed housekeeping to much when I only asked twice a week because I have OCD AND I WAS THERE FOR A ENTIRE MONTH SHE NEVER STOPPED UNLESS I called down stairs or sat my garbage can out"

"Staff was friendly but appeared disorganized upon check in. Cleanliness of the Wyndham property was disappointing. Mould in the bathroom. Room floor was disgustingly dirty. Bed skirt had stains that showed it had not been washed recently. Spiders in room. And people loitering in the parking lot. Hotel properties often become old and tired looking, but I’m afraid this was more than that. This was actually dirty. Can not walk on the suite floor without shoes. "Best hotel I've stayed in a long time - such character, spacious, clean and the food was excellent. My favorite part was a little kitchen area for guests with tea & coffee, drinks, snacks, home made cookies each afternoon. Highly recommend the Fairview Inn. "
