"Sort of dark on the outside of the building, my TV reception wasn't too good, and the shampoo bottle was almost empty. But plenty of towels, safe feeling area, even if it was a bit remote, heat worked, WIFI good, plenty of free parking and coffee, water pressure/temperature was good. I'd definitely stay here again if in the area. "

"The AC unit in the room was so loud and shook the wall. The deadbolt didn’t work. The door kept making a clicking sound all night. Other guests nearby i could hear every footstep and word. Construction outside started at 5am. I got no sleep."

"Well located on water and rt next to the north end. Large rooms with water views. One significant complaint: Similar to a number of hotels built in recent years, the toilet is behind an opaque door, and there is no fan, so there is a lack of privacy in my opinion. There was no reason for this; a solid wood door could be there. How any designer or builder could believe this makes sense is a mystery to me

"I really liked this hotel and location. My only "complaint" would be that there was no way to control the air temperature in the room. I like to sleep a bit cooler and it was hot. No ventilation and only opening the window were options. Also, there were stairs from the lobby to the hall to the elevator which is hard with heavy bags. Hot water seemed to be finicky as well. Very clean rooms, all newly renovated, had a hand steamer for my clothes which worked good, and a spot off the floor to put...

"This was the most beautiful, aesthetically pleasing hotel I have ever stayed in, no lie! The rooms are very modern and upscale with a nice view. The whole layout of the hotel, from the cafe, to the book shelves (which was the best part) and the bar was very nice. Using the ipad to remote control everything in the room, including the curtains and shower was fantastic. My doctors are in Boston, so I will routinely need to travel to Boston to make my appts. I have already decided to make this hotel...

"Rooms are very small but functional. Tight for 2 people to move around. Shower was tight ...maybe just under 3x3. Front desk and restaurant staff were amazing. Had the room cleaned one day but the lady left all of our used coffee cups which ended up filling up our garbage to overflowing pretty quick.
You're really paying for a great location right in the heart of historic Boston. Easy walk to any of the sights and restaurants. "
