"Recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Belleville for business and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and my room was very clean and was fairly updated. Would stay again."

"This is a very basic, no frills whatsoever, cheap motel. It is very rundown and old, desperately needs renos. My initial room's door did not lock and AC did not work. When I raised it to management, they did give me a free upgrade to a King Bed room that had moderately working AC and a locking door, was a bit cleaner/slightly newer. The bed and sheets were bare bones/scratchy though with a paper thin comforter, and the pillows were flat. The room was mostly clean but there were a few hairs on the shower wall and the carpet is old and stained. The inside of the motel has a very strong cigarette smell in the hallway. The ice and vending machines were out of order. Overall it's passable, but again, no frills and not particularly comfortable."
