"Our 3 day stay was wonderful and the front desk was very helpful with determining how we would be traveling downtown! The city of Boston is very walkable and we were only 1.3 miles from Fenway. The area felt very safe for walking and our stay was fantastic!"

"This property was great and convenient to stay for a Red Sox game. The check in was easy and the valet service was excellent. The room was clean and everything was up to date. We didn't partake in the included breakfast but there was excellent room amnenities we used. The location is great with many bars within walking distance and no need for ride sharing services due to great central location."

"Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"Great area of Boston to stay in. Front staff was very helpful and responses quickly. Walking distance to many things. I would give it 5 stars but we stayed on the 4th floor with no elevator. Other than that, we loved it!"

"The manager was very nice and helped me out in a couple of ways. The staff were either unempowered or disinclined to take any action to help, always telling me to call back at some future time (late checkin, guest parking). My flight got me to the hotel at 10:30 a.m. but early checkin was declined, so I sat in the business area for two hours before coming back out to ask if a room was ready, and it was. The breakfast options were limited, and both types of juice that I tried were noticeably...
