"It wasn't a bad hotel. If you are looking for a hotel with free parking, this is not the hotel for you. Parking is a nightmare, but you can pay for valet. One of the valet member seemed disappointed to see me everyday and seemed happy when my trip was over although i never said much and spoke with kindness. "Very small room w/ a queen bed. Barely moved around the bed. Room was filled with dust... like literally dust everywhere. On the bed lamp, table/desk covered with dust as if no one ever stayed/cleaned there... carpet floor is very sticky and damp... the smell of room was very mouldy... But!!! "I never made it to hotel due to airline canceling flight. The hotel would not give me full refund for something that was out of my control. I WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL AGAIN. there should be courtesy given when your flight is canceled and you have no way to get there. "

"Room was clean. We traveled with children and the property worked well for us. Pool and hot tub was a hit. Great location to all of the tourist attractions. Staff were kind to offer to hold our bags on the last day so we could catch one more attraction. I would absolutely stay here again especially with kids."

"On the site it's listed that cribs are available and I also included the request with booking in the accomodations section. Upon arriving at the hotel we was told not only were there not any cribs but it was treated as if it was a weird request. The host was a younger guy (I'm 31, he was about 25) and when I asked if he could if housekeeping for a crib I was again told by him that they do not have them. Luckily a bar worker heard the convo and told him that housekeeping do have cribs. He paged...
