"Dover beach, restaurants and convenience store are within walking distance. My bathroom faucet was not sealed with silicone; it was moving freely while turning on the water. The sofa bed has strong piss smell. Our king bed is sinking down and pillows are not the same size. Room needs patching and cleaning throughout. Utensils are not fully functional and available, missing pieces here and there. Tenants smoke marijuana and always seep thru cracks in room. Main door not fully close/seal....

Top Bridgetown Hotel Reviews

Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lords Castle Resort

10/10 Excellent

"good"

Island Inn All Inclusive Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean & tidy. There was plenty of shampoos/conditioners/body lotions & soap. Bed was super comfortable & air conditioning worked well. The staff were friendly, helpful & professional, they always were nicely dressed. Breakfast had good choices in the buffet, everything is labeled to find what you’re looking for. You can order eggs done how you like them but they don’t always mention that. Dinners (all inclusive) were very good, at least 3 choices for your main, chef’s soup/salad & desert nightly & they offer you wine or bar drinks with your dinner. Also lunch choices are served daily as well as afternoon tea, with little sandwiches/pastries & coffee/tea. We liked the smaller intimate setting of the resort (24 rooms) no line ups or crowds. They do have some entertainment 3 times a week. I also liked that you reserved your lunch/dinner each morning at breakfast. It’s very close to Pebble Beach (2 mins)with nice sand & swimming. If you get up early (6 to 6:30am) they bring the race horses from the nearby Garrison for swimming each morning….that was a nice experience!! Lovely island & people!"

The Crane Resort

10/10 Excellent

"Staying at the Crane Resort met our expectations and more! The few potential challenges were resolved by a warm, helpful and accommodating staff. It was truly a home away from home. We stayed in one of the private residences and had everything we wanted and more..an exceptional view, immaculate room and amenities beyond our expectations! "Thank you" to the staff at The Crane Resort!"

Sugar Bay Barbados - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, and one of the biggest reasons was the people. The staff truly made the experience special. Kai, Akiel, Kay, Destiny, and Devon were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. It seemed like everywhere you turned, someone was greeting you with a smile and a hello. That kind of genuine hospitality is something you can’t teach, and it speaks volumes about the people who make this resort what it is. The resort itself was clean and welcoming, the food was good, the beach was beautiful, and the pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overall, Sugar Bay has a lot going for it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. That said, there are a few areas where management could make some relatively simple improvements that would go a long way toward elevating the overall guest experience: * Front gazebo: The stockpile of old mattresses near the front gazebo needs to be removed. It’s not the first impression you want guests to have. * Beach cleanliness: The beach should be checked and cleaned daily, including removing discarded cups and other debris. * Dirty dishes: We noticed dirty dishes with leftover food being left out for days. This is something that should be addressed promptly. * Beach bar signage: The missing or damaged letters on the Sugar Bay branding in front of the beach bar need to be replaced. Easy fix for 5 stars"

Hilton Barbados Resort

8/10 Good

"Hilton has an excellent location with breath taking views . They are upgrading the hotel because it needs some updating due to the age of the hotel, so if you dont mind a bit of construction its fine. It didnt bother me because they weren't noisy. The rooms are very nice however the shower was not cleaned properly and mould is visible in the bathroom. Other than that the staff is amazing and the food at the restaurant was great . Just be careful with the eggs at breakfast ! 😳"
